“Demand for more glass containers pushed us to innovate,” explains Laurent Moos, CEO of drawn glass expert Flacopharm. Long confined to a cylindrical profile, the glassmaker has liberated his shapes and developed a vial with a 3/4 reduced body. This disruptive design also makes handling easier, adds Laurent Moos.
This innovation has helped Flacopharm enter cosmetics segments in search for more aesthetic solutions, like liquid foundations (two major brands have already adopted it), anti-ageing serums, and perfumes.
The vial can integrate a roll-on (easy roll) and is available in 1 ml to 30 ml sizes.
Other than liberating shapes, Flacopharm offers a second innovation: optimum finishing based on screen printing, as illustrated by the FlowerbyKenzo vial.
