– You can try the plie squads which are perfect for working out the glutes, quads, and hamstrings.
– To increase balance and stability, you can try the weighted twist crunches that help you exercise your upper core and oblique muscles.
– For a full exercise impact, you can also try the front kicks that I am showing you which help you exercise the hamstrings and quadriceps. In addition to those, front kicks also help your calves, abs, and glutes.
– Jumping jacks is a great way to start your workout routine and some cardio in between exercises as well.
